LEVEL99 REQUIRES A 15-PERSON MINIMUM TO BOOK EVENTS. If your party is less than 15 guests, please contact our Guest Services team at (571) 562-5699 to assist with purchasing your gameplay tickets and discussing your dining options.

LEVEL99 DOES NOT OFFER CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PACKAGES. Level99 is an adult playground, designed and built for adults and teens. Children 10 and younger must be accompanied at all times by a paid adult (18+), including while participating in the gameplay. Challenge rooms hold up to 6 players at a time, meaning groups of mixed ages will require at least 1 participating adult for every 5 minors. To ensure a safe and memorable experience for all guests, Level99 reserves the right to remove gameplay wristbands and/or eject any guest not in compliance with these policies.
